1. Somewhere Worthwhile

The number one thing I recommend to people who are planning a trip to Disney is Somewhere Worthwhile. Dana has created incredibly helpful Laid Back Magic guides, printables, and videos to walk you through the process of planning a Disney vacation. Her motto is “planning for Disney can be thoughtful, laid-back, and even inspiring.” And with her help, it is!

2. The Mammoth Club

My second favorite tip when planning a trip to Disney World is watching any Mammoth Club Disney content. The Mammoth Club shares information about everything from hotels and food to events, park tips and even the history of Disney! Watching their content has really helped me feel more prepared for the parks.

3. Bekah Hart

If you are a toddler mom, Bekah Hart is an excellent person to follow. She shares all sorts of tips and tricks for bringing your toddler to Disney. I find her content very relatable for our stage of life and how we like to do a park day at Disney. She is also very knowledgable about renting DVC points, which was a game changer for our budget.

4. Pixie Dusted Mom

Another great Disney mom to follow is Ashley Wright with Pixie Dusted Mom. She has two toddlers and goes to the parks very regularly. Several of her tips and tricks have worked wonders for me. For example, she recommends bringing a reusable bag to keep for souvenirs or various items after a long day in the park. It’s a simple tip, but boy was it helpful.

5. The Disney World App

One practical thing that can help you prepare for your trip to Disney World is to get familiar with the app. Play around with it, review maps and character locations. If you are traveling with a baby or toddler it might be good to know the locations of baby centers. Getting familiar with the app is an excellent way to plan your Disney World Vacation
