We like to be at the parks early. Especially in the warmer months when we want to avoid the heat. So in order to save myself some stress I’ve developed a bit of a routine for the evenings before Disney. The tips I’m sharing below are mostly for parents with small children, but could apply to anyone. Read more about What to Do the Night Before Disney World below!

1. Prep the Stroller
Packing the stroller is my #1 way to get ready for a morning at Disney World. I may sure it’s set up by the door, clean and stocked with a rain cover. Read more about stroller set up here.
2. Pack Snacks
Another way to save yourself time in the morning is packing your snacks the night before. You could also fill water bottles and set them in the stroller. If you plan to bring lunch, then pack the cooler to grab straight from the fridge in the morning. And there’s nothing worse than realizing you left the snacks in the room, so I recommend setting an alarm to grab those things from the fridge.
Oh, and don’t forget about breakfast. Sometimes I get so excited about getting to the parks I don’t have a breakfast plan. Always have an idea what you’re eating in the morning, because a hangry family will ruin those Disney morning vibes.

3. Lay Out Clothes
I like to plan out what we are wearing each day prior to arriving at Disney World. Sometimes we coordinate, and other days we don’t, but either way it’s a good idea to lay out what you are wearing the night before. Yes, even your socks, underwear and accessories. That way in the morning it’s all ready to go and no one will be asking what they are wearing.
4. Shower
For a majority of the year, Florida is hot. Icky hot. Like you need a couple showers a day to not feel so sweaty hot. It’s also germ-y in a theme park, so I recommend everyone showering the night before Disney. It will also save you time in the morning if everyone is already clean.
