We recently had the opportunity to spend a day at the Flower and Garden Festival at EPCOT. We’ve done a couple posts about the food at this festival in previous years, so I thought I would simply share our newest favorites. The four items below are things we hadn’t tried, but certainly will be trying again. Read more about our NEW Favorite Foods at Flower and Garden 2025 below!

1. Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites at Brunchcot
For some strange reason we’ve never had the opportunity to try the fried cinnamon roll bites, and we were missing out. These things are epic. I could have eaten many more. Would I have a stomach ache? Sure. But it would be worth it.
2. Shrimp and Grits from Brunchcot
This was our first time trying grits and they complimented the shrimp well. Colton was very impressed by these theme park shrimp.

3. Jamaican Jerk Chicken from La Isla Fresca
The Jamaican jerk chicken had a kick, but surprisingly the rice was the star of this show. We were a little disappointed La Isla Fresca didn’t have our favorite vegan tres leches cake. This chicken softened the blow of that loss.
4. Spicy Chicken Gumbo from Magnolia Terrace
The Spicy Chicken Gumbo was just a little spicy and in Colton’s words, “incredible.” He said this dish was his best of the fest and he will be getting it at every Flower and Garden if it’s available.
