Our favorite Disney World park is Animal Kingdom. There is so much to do from shows to dining, earning wilderness explorer badges or meeting characters. And some of our favorite rides are in this park! Read below to discover The 5 Best Rides in Animal Kingdom.
1. Na’vi River Journey
Our favorite family ride in Animal Kingdom is Na’vi River Journey. You feel as though you were transported into Pandora at night. It’s so soothing and a lovely break in the middle of a hot day.
2. Avatar Flight of Passage
Avatar Flight of Passage makes me nauseous 50% of the time, but it is still worth riding. The technology is absolutely incredible and it really does feel as though you are riding on the back of a banshee as an Avatar.
3. Expedition Everest
If you’ve been reading my blog for awhile you know I am not a fan of coasters. However, my sister loves riding Everest, so I decided to include it in the list. She says it’s one of her favorite rides in Disney and should definitely be on your bucket list.
4. Kilimanjaro Safaris
Other than Na’vi River our favorite ride is the Kilimanjaro Safaris. Every safari is different depending on the time of day, weather, and person leading your safari. We love seeing all the animals up close and learning new facts about nature. I recommend going first thing in the morning or later in the evening.
5. Wildlife Express Train
You might be thinking… Chelsea, the Wildlife Express Train isn’t that exciting, and you’d be right. However, the train gets you to Rafiki’s Planet Watch, which is one of my favorite parts of Animal Kingdom. It’s also fun for little kids, which is a win in my book.
