bestillandwrite On our most recent trip to Disney World my daughter and I had the privilege of eating at Storybook Dining With Snow White. The dining experience was lovely and wonderful to experience with my daughter one-on-one. 1. Location
Storybook Dining with Snow White is a restaurant inside the Wilderness Lodge at Disney World. We are big fans of the Wilderness lodge, so having a character dining experience on their property is an added bonus.
2. Characters
Our daughter absolutely loves Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. She was so excited to find out she could meet them and could hardly sit still in her seat the entire dinner.
The characters who visit you at dinner include Snow White, Dopey, and Grumpy. There is also a bonus meet and greet with the Evil Queen, which I did not expect, but excited to experience.
3. Food
The food was very good, although it was a little more fancy than I expected. The cast members were so accommodating with the menu. I knew my daughter wouldn’t eat much, so the waiter gave me extra sides to share with her rather than pay for a children’s meal. I got the Brother’s Grimm Herb Chicken, but instead of mashed cauliflower I asked for mashed potatoes. It was absolutely delicious.
4. Aesthetic
The restaurant itself looks like it is straight out of a story book. It feels as though you are dining in an enchanted forest with all the floating lights and foliage. Simply magical.
5. Cast Members
As I mentioned previously, our waiter was so kind and accommodating. It was just my daughter and I for dinner, and eating with a toddler isn’t always easy. The cast members all made us feel welcome and helped make my daughter feel like a little princess. I was and am so thankful for their kindness.
